Tomato Powder Production Line
DESCRIPTION
With years of research and developemt , our company had sucessfuly designed severial production lines for processing tomato into powder , and gained high comments from our customer.
Refer to tomato process from fresh tomato to tomato powder , there are two ways :
1. one way is to use qualified fresh tomato ,and then cut them into slice ,and then dry. finally, choose micro-particle grinder to process dry tomato slice into powder
2. The other way is to broken the fresh and qualified tomato into slurry ,and use vacuum concentrator to concentrate them ,finally,use spray dryer to process tomato liquid into powder . currently , this way is very popular for tomato powder in indurstry
The process procedures:
.the flow cart as bellow:
Raw material selected Washing Breaking tomato into slurry
Filtering the slurry Concentrate the slurry by Vacuum concentrator Homogenizing the slurry Dry the slurry by spray dryer Packing the qualified product.
Our production line is made on request , we warmlly welcome customers who are interested in this line to visit us for more discussion.
Notes:
1. This kind of plant are made based on customized design. Not all the features are provided with all designs. The real configurations should be made as per the Contracts or Agreements signed.
2. The material for manufacturing the machine can be AISI304 ,316L and so on . It depends on the customer request.
3. For the heating method , it can be steam ,electricity ,gas-furnace and so on .
